I bought this mount a few months ago. It’s still doing fine. Feels solid and reliable so far. Shipping was a little slow, but no big issue.

I got exactly what I ordered and there weren’t any mix-ups, which I appreciated. It did take longer than I would’ve liked, and I was getting a little impatient waiting, but in the end everything was right.

I did get my refund in the end, so that was fine, but it took longer than I expected. Since I’m careful with my money, waiting around for it was a little frustrating.

I got this and it’s fine for what it is. The quality seems decent enough, but it didn’t really impress me or feel amazing. Maybe I expected a bit more, but overall it’s just okay.

It works fine overall, and the price seemed reasonable. I guess I was just expecting the quality to be a little better for what I paid. It’s not bad by any means, just feels like a average deal.

I ordered from Wasserstein Home the shipping was way slower than I expected. I got the confirmation email right away, but after that it felt like I was just waiting around with no real updates.
The tracking barely changed for days, which was frustrating. I kept checking it because I actually needed the item, and the whole thing just felt like it was taking forever.

By the time it finally arrived, it was already later than I needed it to be. Not the best first experience, and I’d be hesitant to order again if shipping is always this slow.

I had to reach out about a warranty issue, and to be fair, they did respond and got it sorted in the end. From my experience, it wasn’t a bad process exactly, but it felt a little slower than it needed to be. I had to send a few messages back and forth and wait around a bit, so I was never totally sure what the next step was. Overall, they helped me out, but I think the whole thing could be smoother and more clearly explained...

I was bummed when I realized it wasn’t compatible with my device. I remember opening it up feeling hopeful, only to end up frustrated because I couldn’t use it at all. For me, it was basically useless.

I bought this mount from Wasserstein it’s been frustrating. The camera won’t stay steady and keeps wobbling, and after just a few days the screws already felt loose. I tried tightening and fixing it a couple of times because I felt like I had to make it work, but the same issue kept coming back. Annoying overall and I wouldn’t say it was worth it

I grabbed this Wasserstein charger for my camera thinking it would be a simple fix, but wow, I was annoyed quickly. It charges so slowly that I kept checking it like, seriously, is this thing even working?
I tried swapping outlets and cables just in case, but it still did the same thing, and a couple times it stopped before the battery was even full. For the price, I expected it to just charge normally. I wouldn’t buy it again.

Support did get back to me, but it took longer than I expected :/

The install was way more frustrating than I expected. Some of the parts didn’t fit right, so I had to keep messing with it, and the whole thing took forever!
